– Save 100 PLN! The advertised price includes a discount for on-time payment. Failure to pay rent on time will result in forfeiture of the discount.

– Additional, one-time fee: renter’s insurance – PLN 48 .

– Security deposit: You will receive information about the security deposit amount in response to your booking inquiry.

– Agency commission: One-time fee of PLN 400 .
