• Rent is due on the first of each month.
• Save 100 PLN! The advertised price includes a discount for on-time payment. Failure to pay rent on time will result in forfeiture of the discount.
• Additional, one-time fee: renter's insurance – PLN 48 .
• Deposit: You will receive information about the deposit amount in response to your booking inquiry.
• Agency commission: One-time fee of PLN 400
